SHIPPING INFO:
* We currently ship to US addresses only via USPS using First Class Parcel, Parcel Post or Priority Mail depending on the package's weight.
* Shipping quote is stated in each listing.
* We understand the importance of receiving your package promptly. Therefore, we always strive to ship your item upon cleared payment within 48 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays).
* We will notify you when your item is shipped. Delivery confirmation number will also be provided so that you can track the progress of your package by visiting the USPS website at www.usps.com. However, please be advised that depending on the USPS locations, sometimes the package is not scanned until delivered.
PAYMENT INFO:
* We accept Google Checkout and PayPal only.
* PayPal payment must be received within 5 business days or your order will be canceled. Echecks via PayPal will have to be cleared before your order is shipped.
RETURN INFO:
* We do not accept returns unless the item is mis-represented. Please notify us within 24 hours for a return authorization.
* There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
* A refund of the purchase price (minus original shipping & handling) less 15% restocking fee will be refunded only if the item is returned in the same condition as when it is shipped to you(unopened, unused, untested) including all tags and its original packaging.
* Package being returned must be postmarked within 48 hours of return authorization and must be received within 7 days.
* Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
